Perhaps the most picturesque, and certainly one of the most popular stars to ever appear on the Grand Ole Opry was the late Uncle Dave Macon, affectionately known as "The Dixie Dewdrop." Stringbean has many of the same characteristics that made Uncle Dave such a favorite. This recording is Stringbean's salute to Uncle Dave.
